My opinion is that Ramapo Valley staff has saved my dogs life. 8/17/2023: My original post was about 11 months ago. Dr. Katara was our primary vet. He was outstanding. He has since left the practice-never told why but I could see there have been many issues with the clinic since he left. Incredibly difficult to get anyone to answer the phone or return messages or respond to medication refills. They are open Tuesday - Thursday. No Friday or Monday hours. My dog would come in every 3 weeks and then I was being told appointments are available in 2-3 months. This is unacceptable. Cleanliness has also become an issue at the clinic. Recently the clinic smells like urine and feces. We now have a new veterinary doctor."
