"Called them after calling other plumbers who never followed up and they called me back within a hour and the owner himself came to my house and explained what was wrong and why my tankless hot water heater was leaking. He showed me how the fitting used in the original install was wrong, and how it corroded. He went back to his shop and came back with the correct firing and fixed it in 5 minutes. From now on they will be the first plumber I call. Thank you Warner!"

"Had a Payne Furnace control board replaced with (what I found now) is a cheaper control board. Furnace failed to heat again, after only a few months. Werner only warranties their parts for 90 days. Should have used the correct OEM control board. They offered to put the same board in for another $500 since it was past warranty. I guess I can pay $500 to them every time it fails or go elsewhere. They don't do proper voltage checks. Just quick and easy fixes. I spoke to Jim, he didn't seem to mind if they lose business with their poor Service Quality."

"We called a year ago to have some plumbing fixed, they said they were backed up and couldn’t take us on. No problem, understood that everyone is backed up and low staff. We appreciated the honesty. We called two months ago to now have AC fixed, at the request of the homeowners we’re renting from because they have been loyal customer for over 20 years and they were paying the bill. The receptionist is rude, extremely condescending and talks over you. She talks to you like you have no idea what you’re talking about. They told us they’d get to us but not till end of summer, I told them no problem and we weren’t in a rush. They called today to tell me they can’t do the service. I told them we had no problem waiting and they said “they don’t care how long we’ve been customers, they won’t do it and won’t come out” so they can’t take on new customers but won’t service their existing ones either. Don’t waste your time."
