"Left and faucet still busted. This was huge lack of communication. I thought he fixed it temporarily while he ordered part, but he actually was coming back the same day. I didn’t no that and everything just went wrong. He came back 2 times to put the new sprayer in. We spoke, I apologized and he came back today to put new sprayer in.I do think he needs someone to answer the phone so if there is this type of problem, it can be addressed in a timely manner. So sorry Steve."
