"This company is good at selling pools, but if you have a problem with the pool you have to chase them down for resolution. In other words their customer service is horrible! The woman, Donna that answers the phone has an attitude, she is condescending, and acts like you are bothering her. She can't help you at all and the person(s) she needs to ask is not available either and she doesn't know when they will be back. We had a defective wall and the warranty company said it looked like a weed wacker had made the multiple rusted spots on our wall. The sad part is this conclusion was made even though the rust spots were all over the wall including spots covered by the deck! Atlas communicates with them not you and they don't advocate on your behalf when there are clear defects in the product they sold you! A pool wall is not supposed to rust!!!!! Stay away from businesses that don't care about their customers. I am afraid to think about the disaster that could've occurred due to clearly defective materials supplied by this company!"

"Had my pool installed less then two years ago. Installation was plagued with delays and issues. Now components of the pool aren’t functioning and Atlas staff states we don’t install the electrical, we sub contracted it out. Last I checked I paid cash to Atlas for my pool. It’s not my problem they chose to subcontract every aspect of the install. Tom doesn’t respond to messages or return calls either. Buyer beware."

"Contracted with atlas 10/2020 was advised that our fiber glass pool would be installed 7/2021. Pool was dropped 3/30. Now 6/2022 and the pool is not finished. I have a mosquito and big attracting black hole of water in my back yard. Not to mention through out this process the endless number of calls, emails, store visits just to get answer as to what is going on and what’s the hold up. Obviously, every time it’s a different excuse and situation and promise that is never fulfilled, but you can assure yourself that they will be on time to pick up their checks and will be in your home within 1 to 2 hours, but not to complete a job they were paid for in full. Buyer be ware!! Avoid using them at all cost!! Attached is the Image of my backyard for the past 2 months. I have a 1 year old and 3 year old and there are hole and lines all over my backyard. They can care less if my children get hurt or if it’s a hazard."

He answered all of my questions and even took the time to jot down some instructions for me. He even carried my items out to the car for me. Great experience and I feel comfortable coming back and sending friends and family."
