Called and spoke with Caleb who informed me that this was my fault and I will have to pay $425 ($60 more than I paid LESS than six months ago). to fix it. After researching, I found the septic tank should be good for 3-5 YEARS. Go figure!!!!!! All I want is my shower, toilet and kitchen sink fixed. Everything is backed up. Is this the way Drain Doctor treats senior citizens who are on a fixed income???? I bet if I were a strong man this problem would be resolved. "On Nov. 18, 2020 I had Drain Doctor come to my house to diagnosis and possibly correct water backing up onto my bathroom floor. The issue was a clogged main which they cleaned out at a cost of nearly $500.00. The workers left my house at 1:45 pm and later that night I noticed water again on the floor around the toilet base. I called Drain Doctor immediately and received a return call soon afterward. Tech said he would come out to the house again the next day, after 12 noon. The following morning I checked the floor , damp but no water. Tech call, told him the situation and was told by him that his boss/supervisor/manager said that there would be a service fee if he came out to assess the situation. A service Fee? less than 24 hours after they "completed" the work? Are you kidding me? I spoke with Lisa (who every she is) and told her a service fee after less than 24 hours is NOT good public relations. Later that day, Nov. 20, 2020 I made another call to their office as did my husband and both call went unanswered. I WILL NEVER use this company again and have told all my friends and family this sorrow tale of consumer abuse."
