"I will never step foot again in this laundromat again. Both employees were rude and disrespectful to me and my sister-in-law. I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years, and I would never treat anyone the way we got treated the moment we walked in the door. . I was so appalled by the staff. They were saying disrespectful things about us to each other. I ask them if they had something they would like to say to us. They just continued whispering , mumbling comments to each other…. I’m still in shock about how unprofessional they were… I will be reaching out to the owner. Very poor customer service …I would leave zero stars if it would let me ."
