"To add more context I'm eating on the knowledge and dedication these people have over the actual outcome of my visit. My laptop's sd card reader stopped functioning and spoiler alert will never function again. I took to these guys and I wish I could remember their names of the people who helped me specifically but it got lost in the mess that is my head. The gentleman started by going through my PC's software and settings given that I already did the other stuff recommend beforehand. After that didn't work he proceeded to get the most robust kit of screwdrivers and screws and whatever magic tools they had and proceeded to try and literally open my PC to get to the source of the problem. By this point it was basically rush hour for them and there was a ton of people behind me. He didn't rush it or acknowledge the line. He focused on my issue and stayed with me for an hour. He stopped when he realized that it would take to much risky brute force to get my sealed up laptop opened and begrudgingly told me there was nothing they could do. He seemed legitimately upset that they couldn't fix it. I will definitely go there again for future tech assistance and if your a student at Rowan as I am I recommend it too."

"Id be lost with out them i wish they had a tec center on the other campous's. But the people that work in there are very knowledgeable and always help me with my retarded questions that I should know the answers to. Without them I would probably have failed numerous classes. I a molder therefore I know the material but logging on the seven different sites I need to it's unbelievably confusing especially when I broke my laptop. I'll be seeing you soon because I finally got a good new one!"
