"Contacted the owner Rich, and specifically inquired about a deep clean for my daughters newly purchased house. He told me it would be $140 an hour for as long as it takes. I was fine with that and said however long it takes is however long it takes as long as it is clean and thorough. My daughter also spoke to their head cleaning person and explained exactly what she wanted done, and that no matter how long it took was fine. The team left before I arrived, but when I got there, the first thing I noticed was the black disgusting grime all along the baseboards of the kitchen floor. I'm certain they cleaned many of the areas in which they worked, however to leave this unaddressed was inexcusable. Not to mention the more I looked the more I saw that wasn't completed thoroughly. I immediately left a message for Rich. The next day he called back and was immediately defensive and rude, not to mention he was arrogant and beyond insulting saying that I didn't want to spend any morning more money to get it completed correctly. I don't know why they only stayed 4.5 hours but I told them to stay until the job was done right. It wasn't. Not even in the least! I took a ton a pictures and emailed him with no response from him. What's worse than the cleaning job is the disgraceful and unprofessional manner in which the owner of the company acted towards a customer! Sickening and definitely bad business!"
