"It all started out good. Jason was responsive and did a great job explaining the services, a bit overly focused on the price and how it goes up after each additional half hour but ok. They arrived to clean our New Jersey shore house for what I thought was a “deep clean”. The crew was on time and after four hours we returned to our home shocked how slowly they were moving but again, ok it’s a deep clean, give them a break. Then they said they were done and I should do a walk through. Well here’s where it goes badly. BASIC things like coffee spilled on tile floor not cleaned in major traffic area, not dusting shelves in master bedroom, sand all along the corners of the upstairs floor which they had already vacuumed, and tons of spots on the tile floor in the living room, sand behind couches that very easily slide. I spent over an hour going through things and at that point, I just wanted them to leave. Jason kept calling and at one point got snippy with me saying they are cleaning tile grout that requires $15-20k machinery. I said, it’s like 3 spots that I pointed out that they easily removed (apparently they held out on whipping out their widgets to easily take care of it). I said to Jason, why do I have to do all this work, as a business, shouldn’t your team captain check everything and direct the crew?? He didn’t like that. What happened to customer is always right? The cleaning cost over $800 for less than 3000 square foot home. It looked ok in end but I felt ripped off and scammed. I have used tons of cleaners before at my primary residence who really do a five star service with a smile. Don’t use this place. Unless you want to be back and forth on phone with Jason and have to run around inspecting everything. THE WORST!!!"

"I hired a cleaning service and ended up needing to clean more after they left. My floors were sticky. The bathrooms were not cleaned sufficiently at all. The mirrors were streaky. The dust was not addressed. I was told they would do my windowsills and they did not at all. When I called to tell them my complaints I was told I was wrong. This company apparently missed the memo on customer relations. I had to go as far as sending photos of what was not cleaned to Jason in order for him to acknowledge the job was not done. Still he did not offer to have the crew come back to finish the job they were paid to do nor did he offer to reimburse me at that time. He then ignored me and did not get back to me. The sad thing is I was so excited about hiring someone to come bi-weekly and I also informed two other family members that were interested in hiring the company but after the work that was done and the way I was treated I had to tell them DEFINITELY NOT to call this company. Beyond unprofessional. Beyond rude. Beyond disappointing."
