"Sheldon and Lou were on time, respective and professional. Overall, they did a nice job. The service was expensive but needed in a house previously occupied by a smoker. I would have given them 5 stars but Lou did not pay as close attention to detail as I would have liked. While in the midst of finishing his cleanup, I pointed out a few places where he missed some remaining debris on the floor near the vents. Not sure if he planned to go back and clean them. After they left I found large chunks of debris left in our new stainless steel utility sink, which had been spotless before they arrived. I later found 2 more vents he where he didn’t thoroughly clean the floor area and a dirty rag left on top of our tall bathroom vanity. Sheldon was counting on Lou to do a walk thru with me. I usually do that but assumed Lou finished cleaning up everything. I should have done a more thorough walk thru before they left, but didn't even think to look in the sink where they washed out all of the vents! I was more than surprised to see Lou didn’t clean up after himself!"
