"My girlfriend and I went back to the store and, while I waited her in the car, she went back in and politely asked to have her dress redone. She was received by yelling, disrespectful and poor behavior from a lady called Rosy. This lady yelled and cursed at her. When my girlfriend realized that there was nothing else that could be done for her, she requested a refund based on the poor job done. This lady grabbed the dress from the counter, snatched the money from Michael's hands, who is the owner and apparently has no control over his staff, and she THREW the money and the dress out of the door. Dear Michael, this person should be fired and should respond for her poor behavior accordingly. If nothing is done, you’re not being good or kind, you are condoning this behavior in your business."
