"HS Restoration came to my home this week and provided the worst of care. The front man (W) does not listen, guesses as to what the problem is and repeats the same things over and over and over again in response to any question asked. Poor communication, acts way too defensive when any attempt at conversation is made and had my problem diagnosed six different ways in one morning, insisting that each one was correct, until he decided something else. I do not recommend this company at all."

"NEAR DISASTER, 2 weeks after our carpets were all cleaned, we were sprucing the house with touch up paint. My husband accidentally shook an open can of paint on the upstairs landing. I was not home but on my way, he was seriously freaking out, he said accidents happen. I arrived to globs of paint on the landing including walls, bathroom floor and sink and tub, down the stairs probably all but 5 stairs were a serious mess. On my way home I made the 1 call that could possibly help, cell phone of owner of HS Restoration. Joe stayed calm asked a few questions then said keep it wet and he will be here in the morning. We covered all areas with wet towels, had a glass of wine and waited. 8:30 in the am, 2 guys showed up ready to work. About an hour later our carpets were clean. Thanks to the team at HS Restoration our Christmas was saved. INITIAL CLEANING The cleaners showed up on time. I asked them to clean all carpets in the house including stairs and landings and a 10' round rug. I left my door open and money on the table. I came home to awesome cleaned carpets."
