"I don't do much dry cleaning but I use this cleaner so I thought I'd give them a shot to hem my jeans, big mistake. Wanted California hem was told it was $20 when being measured. Came to pick up pants and it actually was $24, of which after telling what looked like the owner, I was told $20, he just made a rise in prices excuse. Came home and realized there was two seams at the bottom, not a California hem, so brought them back of which they said they would correct, don't know how that was possible, but! Make me come back a week later on Friday and tell me they weren't ready, so now back for a fourth time!!!! Low and behold not a California hem, they ruined my Buffalo jeans! After dealing with a very nice young lady, I just asked for my $24 for a job not done, I didn't make a big commotion and ask for them to pay for jeans. She asked if I wanted my money back or credit, of course I asked for money back. Kept me there for 2-3 min after calling owner, and finally said I can only give you credit according to owner. Just left!! REALLY BAD BUSINESS!!"
