Let's not forget the employees (in the back of the house) that make sure the linen is pristine prior to delivery. Everyone is very professional and cordial. Jimmy is great and Service Rep Tony Fernandes stops by frequently to make sure we are being provided with top tier service. His visits take customer service to a different level.
