"I have had an inground pool for 17 years,I started out using a company for closings that was great and as the years went on and the help changed their quality of work declined rapidly. About 5 years ago I called Masterson as I would see his van around the neighborhood. I found Masterson to be punctual,friendly,very reasonable and also knowledgeable and more than happy to give I formation and answer any of my questions. "On 4/6/2011, I called Matersons Pools to set up an appointment to open my above ground pool. He set up an appointment for 5/16/11. On 5/16, he did not show up, so I called him. He informed me that he was over booked and would not be able to open my pool. After I informed him that my husband took off a day of work, he called another pool company for me. Heck of a Pool company came out to open my pool, however, I had a cracked seal. He informed me that he did not open above ground pools, didn't have the part nor the time to fix it. So now I have an open pool that we will not be able to use until I can get a third company to come out and fix the problem. I am very disappointed in both Masterson Pools and Heck of a Pool Service. I find it funny that Heck of a Pool Service gave Masterson Pools a great review. Be very cautious when using either of these companies."
