"We had a gaming laptop with a failing fan and heat sync. Geek Squad couldn't touch it. The Computer Run team had a 2 week back log but were very open and communicative. We knew when our turn was, what the expectations were, what was needed, as well as the moment it was ready for pick up. We hope to not need them again but will most certainly recommend and use them if needed."

"I was here in January and it was an emergency. I work from home and can only work part time so I can’t afford to lose hours. My old Mac laptop had stopped functioning properly and I couldn’t do my job. I needed it fixed fast at minimal expense and the owner got it up and running and back to me faster than I ever could have hoped and the price was more than reasonable. It’s outdated and needs to be replaced but that’s not in my little budget so I’ve gotta keep her going. I had intended to add my review right away, but life got in the way I’m doing it now because I was just reminded when someone asked me for a recommendation to get theirs fixed. I happily informed them that not only is the owner very knowledgeable, does great work in a timely manner, and his prices fair and reasonable, but he’s a really nice guy, professional, friendly, understanding, and kind. I had taken my 8 year old grandson, who has Asperger’s, with me when I went in, and they talked legos together. Overall a great experience.
