"We used them yesterday for same day, emergency carpet cleaning since the company we typically use was unable to accommodate us on short notice. They were responsive and able to send someone out the same day. However, the technicians arrived 1 hour early and without the 30 minutes noticed I had been promised. They were in and out very quickly (less than 30 minutes) and did a mediocre job. One of the walls in my hallway will require repair due to them damaging it with their machine. Since they came at at an unscheduled time, I had to leave briefly to pick up my son from school. When I returned, they were waiting in the driveway for me and I quickly paid them. Had I had time to inspect the job prior to them leaving, I would have advised them that their were several spots that were obviously missed. In addition, its been over 24 hours and my carpets are still extremely wet. I have my carpets cleaned at least twice a year and have never had them this soaked before. As far as pricing, I paid for one room what I normally would for 4 rooms. It was not actually MNP that came, but a company from Philadelphia to whom they dispatched the service. While MMP has good reviews, the company they dispatched the job to has less desirable reviews. Had I known this was the company coming, I probably would have looked elsewhere."

"Scheduled same day service with MNP to clean carpets spoiled by family pet, but SOS cleaning service from Philadelphia showed up to do the work. No one called 30 minutes ahead as expected and the workers were careless with their equipment which caused minor damage to drywall and door molding. Later in the day, a residual smell and stains were found. Now I have to call another company who can properly clean the carpets and not use so much water which leaves the carpet soaked overnight. I like using local businesses, but MNP is one I will not use again."
