"5 year old microfiber and leather sectional with reclining ends, never been cleaned, sat on by friends, family, and two pets (80 lb dog/8 lb cat). There were darker areas and a scent which were evidence of the years of comfort provided. Two man crew showed up on time and called 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. They explained the different options of cleaning available and were able to answer my questions. Organic chemical cleaning and vacuum with the hoses running out to their van took about an hour. They said roughly 6 hours to dry, but the couches seemed dry even an hour before that. The couches look, feel, and smell brand new. Could not be happier. Allaire Chem-Dry did a great job."
