"Michelle did one cleaning for me several weeks ago, cleaning itself was ok, but Michelle's attitude was off: she tried to argue with me about everything, showed up in dirty shoes and left dry dirt around the house after she left. I booked the cleaning for the second time and when Michelle showed up I asked her to take her shoes off before coming into the house or put sleeves over her shoes. She did not have sleeves, but begrudgingly took the shoes off. Then her attitude took the turn for the worse: she literally argued about everything (carpet wool or not, her shoes were clean or not, etc) and eventually left without doing the job. I rebooked with someone else for the next morning - and it was completely different and pleasant experience and result of the cleaning was better."
