"If I could give them zero stars, I would. I made an appointment on line, giving my credit card (stupid me) and then waited to hear from them. When I didn't, I emailed them and got back a rote letter saying they would be in touch (NOT). At 8 pm last night, I received a text message saying they would be at my house at 12:30. So, me and the old hubby scurried around trying to get ready. Ready for nothing...they never showed, never called. So I called them. Yes, I was in the system as was my CC, but no appointment was scheduled!!! So why the text? Well, it seems it's automatic. Really?? I'm amazed at the good reviews on Yelp, and will be adding my review there too. No way to run a business."
