"Okay, so I want to share something with you all. Mark from Dustin's mechanical came to our house for heating problem not really sure what the problem was because we are new to gas heat. Mark took care of everything, he checked the Heat and the tank was hot water heater to make sure everything was working properly. The problem was the check valve from the other zone. Not only did he put my mind at ease but he also said it was not a problem. I was so relieved not a big repair bill! On another note, Shannon from the office is a real sweetheart, the office manager was there to help as well I want them to know I appreciate all the help they gave me they are honest and upfront people. Friendly and knowledgeable crews, responsive, and reasonably priced--I would recommend Dustin's to anyone in their service area. Shannon and Amy in the office were friendly and helpful in addressing everything my fireplace contractor needed to complete this gas fireplace reno. When I had concerns about a gas leak, they worked with me same-day to ensure the piping was tightened, safe, and usable. Some flexibility is needed especially when you don’t work from home, as the crew arrived at my house before or after the 1hr window every visit, but they do their best to schedule you at a time that works for everyone."
