"My hot water heater went and it's in my attic the pan under the water heater had a drain but it couldn't keep up with the Water coming from the water heater it was like a water fall when I got home i called servpro and C+C they where both there In less then half in hour they cleaned up the water and the bebris set up there fans and dehumidifiers and in the morning it was dry on all the wood flooring it was big in a stressful situation I highly recommend servpro.
