"I dropped off a lot of laundry with Carolina, who was friendly and has a can-do attitude. She got it done faster than predicted! The clothes were folded neatly and bagged in separate sections. The place is clean, well-lit, takes cash or card and is easy to pull up to. Competitive prices, too. Highly recommend!"

"I used to schedule pickups and drop offs with this company until they returned my clothes all mixed up with different colors on them. I hate being the person to complain but I contacted them about this and a lady told me she would call me back which she never did, so I called again and sent pictures this time with clothes that had colors on them and she said she would speak to the owner which she never did, again. So i left it as is and didn’t take it further but at least they could try and apologize if a refund is impossible for them. Also the way they respond to only positive reviews says a lot about this place !"

"I accidentally picked this place instead of Staten Island Laundry Company that I used to use for pick up and delivery. AWFUL!!! I scheduled, in advance, for laundry to be picked up from 2pm to 4pm. It is now 7pm, still not picked up. Every time they pick up, they tell me "The driver is new, he doesn't know the route, sorry." The driver calls me at 5pm saying he's on his way, never came. I keep calling and texting him, no answer. Barely speaks English. Whole day I had to sit here waiting, canceled plans, all to wait. VERY UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE. I expect the manager to rectify thjs. It just isnt right."

"Excellent incredible service. Packaged beautifully. The driver was so kind I am an artist that works nights. I expressed to him that I wanted to go to sleep but if he could please call me when he was nearby. Lovely young man I am beyond happy with the service from this place and I will be returning."

"The first time I used them my pillows came back damp. The next time my laundry wasn’t back during the specified delivery time. I called and got the run around. After several attempts to find out where my laundry was, I asked to speak to the manager. Found out I had been speaking to him each time I called. He had been disinterested and unhelpful. So obviously, business is great and customers aren’t important enough. Good for them. But I won’t be using them anymore."
