"I found B&A on Groupon and purchased a “Three man-hours of deep house cleaning with two cleaners” voucher for $209. I emailed B&A on July 10 and instantly received an automated email saying that someone would be in contact with me. I decided to call B&A July 15 after getting no human response. My phone call lasted about 1 minuted. I was told to text them my name, address, and date that I want service. They told me over the phone that the date/time that I wanted was available. I texted them the requested info immediately. I got no response. I waited until the following day to follow up looking for a response. I sent another follow up text 12 hours later asking them to please respond. My iPhone shows that they read all 3 texts. It’s now July 28. I am still waiting for a response. I canceled my Groupon and received a refund. I do not recommend B&A. I am posting screenshots of my messages to this company to show that I was polite and professional when asking for service."

"Took a livingsocial coupon for 2 hours, 2 man hours cleaning work. Really bad experience, didn't honor agreed schedule (resulted in me taking half day off go to waste). Tried to reschedule the appointment several times, but despite repeated assurance that it will be taken care of, no response. Very rude and very dissatisfied."
