"Hannah says stains do not come out in regular laundry. I received many shirts back with stains. I also received shirts back with stains which they didn't have when I dropped. Furthermore, she charges $8 to dry clean 1 linen shirt and still comes back with armpit and neck stains. No help when asked about the stains. Told me nothing can be done because of deodorant.... But what about the neck.... And on a brand new shirt worn once... The deodorant stains are set? With dry cleaning? Made no sense to me. Offers no refund and basically gave me an attitude after spending over $1000 there in the last year... Shame."

"Owner is super friendly and sweet, felt very comfortable in her little shop :) She did a wonderful job of hemming my dress to be a little shorter and did it on relatively short notice (2 weeks!), price was reasonable too. Also fixed a small tear at the top that I hadn’t even mentioned, very attentive to detail. (Sorry for dirty mirror)"
