"Zero stars …lost my suede long coat- left it with them in Oct still no sign. Terribly rude area manager very unhelpful, apparently they sent it off to Texas and won’t provide an update. We are told by the area manager “ there are more important things in life than coats” …funny when your profession is dry cleaning. I don’t call it a trusted dry cleaning service - quite messed up. I wander if I will ever hear from the tide franchise owner re the resolution - submitted a ticked some days ago…"
