"We've been customers since 2015, last year we had a situation with our pool in which we asked them to come out and take a look to see if they can give us an estimate for a repair, instead of an estimate they conducted a $375 pressure test without anybody home and without asking us if we wanted it. We didn't even know it was done until we received the bill months later. When we refused to pay this they put us in collections. In short they conducted and billed us for a service that we did not ask for or agree to. This is not how a company should treat long-term, loyal customers."

"After 25 years of using Aqua-Land Pools I now find it necessary to have another company provide me with service. I have received a 10% discount because they installed my pool over 40 years ago. Today I had my water tested and I was told that if I could not provide substantial proof that they did install my pool that I would no longer get my discount. Who, may I ask, might have 40 year old paperwork laying around? I can live without the 10% as I am not destitute. I think the real issue is the fact that a rather brusque employee judged me because I was dressed in torn jean shorts and was dirty and sweaty. I figure I spend about $350.00 a year in supplies over 25 years equals $8750.00. Oh well your loss."
