"Shamrock installed our heating and air conditioning system. We get a service agreement every year. We apparently need a gas valve replacement for our heater. The service tech cannot order it, this is a parts manager job. We found this out after repeated calls and when asked if parts manager ordered the part was told he was out sick. Normally I would let this roll but it’s 58 - 60 degrees in house and I have a 86 year old mother who is wearing a coat and a husband with Parkinson's who is crazy sensitive to cold. Not very well played Shamrock."

"I used Shamrock because it was veteran owned. I believe the nephew of the owner can along with the owner's son. The nephew was so cool talking like. "we'll do this for you, " etc. They left such a pile of dirt it got into other pipes in the basement. I noticed it later. They also sealed in gravel and debris, saying it's ok to do that. Then they covered a hole in my inner chimney that was used for an old wood stove. He used the existing paper plate and foil that was there and put cement on it saying it's the best thing and won't ever come off. Right, it doesn't come off from the-late and foil, but the plate and foil weren't properly fixed into the hole so I still have gaps. I called and they said he would be back at his earliest convenience. I'm still waiting.. Unfortunately, for me, their name came up as I need an estimate for a fireplace insert."

"I spent $4.3K for two invoices to service my system. I'm not an HVAC tech and trusted the company, but after the work was complete they mentioned that it was an old unit, over 25 and they don't last much longer than that. A new system would not have cost not too much more in the big picture, which would have been a much more appropriate recommendation rather than putting all that money in."
