"They are top-notch! They responded to my call for service that day and had someone here the next day to assess what could be done and that afternoon we had an estimate and a contract to sign. The order was put in and the day after the parts came in they installed our air conditioning system. I don't think it could have gone more smoothly! This is the second system they replaced and both times they were terrific!"

"I hired Aggressive Mechanical Contractors Inc. to install a new heating and cooling system. John who came and gave me an estimate was very knowledgeable and didn’t presser me into buying from this company. I got three estimates and I felt the most comfortable with this company. I cleaned all the areas where they would be working. They covered anything that needed to be covered, took all the old equipment away and made sure it was left clean like I had left it for them. The crew was very professional and they did an excellent job. I got my paid receipt emailed right after the service was done and the warranty was mailed to me a couple of days later. I would definitely recommend them."

"Aggressive is the most professional company we have ever used. The estimate was exceptionally thorough and the technician who prepared it made sure that we would get the right unit for our home with the features that were important for us. We got estimates from other companies and the unit they recommended would have been completely wrong. The permit process was organized and the air conditioning system was installed on-time and perfectly. There were no surprises and the installers were super careful with our house. "Aggressive came out to help with my AC over the summer during a heat wave and tried replacing the capacitor but said it did not work. In fact, the second AC unit stopped working too. Said I needed a completely new system and gave me a quote for over $18,000. We suffered through three days of 100 degree weather with no AC (while my husband was sick with COVID) Had a guy come out for a second opinion and they said the last guy just forgot to flip the breaker back on after replacing capacitor. The company refused to give me any kind refund on the $360 bill and was unbelievably rude to me when I explained the situation. This company always had a good reputation, not sure if they changed ownership or this was a series of one-off issues, but I cannot recommend them less."

"If we could give Aggressive 10 stars we most certainly would. Twice now they saved the day for us. The first time was when our AC died during a very hot spell a couple years back. When that happened the inside of our home quickly rose to over 90 degrees in short order which made it quite miserable for folks our age to say the least. We had a service contract with another company at the time but they were not able to come out for a couple days which was totally unacceptable to us. My wife said the hell with this nonsense and called Aggressive who had someone out to our home within two hours. While it did cost us a bit for a new starting capacitor, some refrigerant, and labor our system was back up and running that day. From that point on our AC worked better than it ever did which shows the knowledge and skill their technician exhibited. So fast forward to now. Naturally like the AC, our heating system would suddenly fail without warning just as the outside temps were dropping to a forecasted extended freezing spell. We still had the service contract with the other company who to their credit did send a tech out that day but it was no quick fix this time. The problem was diagnosed as a failed or clogged heat exchanger which was tripping out the high limit heat sensor. Unfortunately the cost of this expensive and time consuming repair was not covered under their service contract. To us, it made no financial sense to put a costly band aid on a 15 year old heater so we decided it was time to replace the whole system. This particular company sent out a fellow who gave a replacement price but told us they couldn't do the job for another week. Wait a minute, what part of we have a dead freakin heater its windy and freezing outside don't they understand? Luckily for us, we did have a fireplace plan B which kept most of the house somewhat livable so we were not entirely up the creek without a paddle. Because we remembered the good experience we had with Aggressive the first time, we called them back for an estimate as well. A representative came out within the hour and the final price for a total system replacement was a few hundred dollars more than the first company but they could start the job the very next morning. A no brainer as far as we were concerned. Where do we sign? That afternoon their sheet metal tech showed up to take measurements and the next morning at 7:30 sharp a crew appeared at our door to begin the job. They worked all day not only replacing the old heater with a new energy efficient Lennox system, they replaced the ac coil and outside compressor as well. This was no easy job as the main unit is located above the 2nd floor in our attic with access thru a medium sized hatch. They even laid down plywood flooring over the bare beams to make future access and filter replacement a lot less painful on the knees. This new system works so well it heats our home in far much less time. I'm sure when summer comes the new ac unit will not be a disappointment either. Hats off to Aggressive not only for their outstanding fast and quality service but also to the many knowledgeable caring and friendly people that we dealt with. As far as we are concerned, outstanding employees like this are the true straws that stir the drink and can make the big difference between one company or the other like night and day.
