"So, after going to another branch of his company as a result of several days of raining, my pool has completely become unbalanced, and I was having a hard time getting it back to the crystal clear that it was to enjoy it. after a frustrating and grueling process with another store branch, which resulted in me, spending several hundred dollars on chemicals that was unnecessary I finally came to the Freehold store where Jon informed me of the misinformation that I was given and he politely and clearly explain to me how to fix my fool in a matter of two days I had that crystal clear water in my family, was able to enjoy the pool again I am going to continue going to the regal store and from now on this is my go to store."
"I've shopped at the Route 9 store in Freehold for many, many years. Today I placed two containers of PH up and Alka Up on the counter and was ready to pay. An older employee was stocking the wall and complaining about things being in the wrong place, he ignored my standing by the counter with my wallet out. A younger employee walked right past me when I asked for check out help. He kept on doing whatever he was doing. I left the store. Sales must be great if you can ignore a few hundred dollar purchase. Time to find another store."
"The guy at the counter would not sell me chemicals today until I brought him a water sample. He said, “you bring in your water, I tell you what you need” I guess it doesn’t matter that I’ve had the same pool for 30 years. He must know better than anyone on earth. He even went further and said, “come back with your water and I’ll tell you what you need.. I’ll never go back…I’m well aware of what I need."
"I am writing to detail the absolutely horrendous customer service experience that I had with the Leslie's Freehold NJ location. I dropped of an Aquabot robot vacuum on June 3 for service, and was told it would be about 3 weeks before they could look at it due to the current backlog. No problem yet. I called on July 3 as I had not received an update after 4 weeks, and was informed that my machine was the next to be looked at and that I should hear back within a few days. I called again on July 8 and was told that it needed some parts, some of which were available, and some which had not yet come in, and that I would be updated once the parts come in. Called back again on July 15 after another week to find out status as I had not received any updates, and was told, again, that my machine had not yet been looked at and was the next one to be looked at. When I questioned this, as this is what I was told 2 weeks prior and that when I last spoke with someone from the store that they were waiting for parts to come in, the employee proceeded to yell at me, tell me I was wrong and didn't know what I was speaking about, continued to cut me off when I tried to ask what was going on, and then had the audacity to place the phone down and about 10 seconds later just hang up. Needless to say I promptly went to the store to get my robot back, and the employee that I had spoken with did not even look up from the computer he was working at, and just pointed to my robot to one of the other employees to give to me. They did not offer any kind of apology for the poor service, their rude and completely unwarranted conduct when speaking to me on the phone, or for wasting 6 weeks during which they never once even looked at my machine (which was completely covered in dust/dirt from having sat in the back area of their store for this entire time). And the kicker...according to the name tag being worn by the employee that had spoken with me on the phone...he is one of their general managers. 0/5 stars...will never go to Leslie's for ANYTHING ever again and will not recommend...absolutely horrendous service and conduct. I would have posted this with 0 stars, but Google requires at least one."
"Brought a jacuzzi pump , six months later stopped working. Had two year warranty manager at freehold store refused to replace. Arrogant and rude . Will never shop this place or Leslie again . John was manger worst customer service I ever seen"
