That clearly spreads to her staff because they came on time and were very efficient. I gave gave a walk through of what exactly I was looking for. What I think was the icing on the cake is they didn't just do the job and leave. When they were done, he asked what I thought of what we saw so far and if I see anything that wasn't to my expectation.
