"Sir Lawrence Cleaning has been cleaning my gutters for years. They are professional, meticulous and always go above and beyond what we would expect from a cleaning service. There is never a mess left behind and they always run a hose to make sure everything is flowing properly. I also had them clean my house for a "deep spring cleaning". They cleaned areas that no one would ever think of cleaning including behind the refrigerator, toilets, moldings etc. When they were done, the house was cleaner than they promised. There is no better deal for the money than they gave us. We got more than our money's worth and I would and have recommended them to family and friends. The owners truly take pride in the service they provide and you can sense it from the minute they walk in your door until the moment they leave. I cannot recommend them enough for indoor/outdoor cleaning and highly recommend them as a trustworthy cleaning company."
"Kitchen: water marks were left on the refrigerator ( had to be asked to remove after she claimed to be finished. Small appliances ( mixer, etc) were not moved …just cleaned around Living room: polished the edges only of the end tables & china cabinet .. did not move any items in spite of multiple comments from the owners that I had a lot of “things”; Glass on the china cabinet and the entertainment unit was not cleaned. Sofa was only partially vacuumed ..only bottom cushions ..after I requested that it be done Dining room: Had to request that the chair cushions be vacuumed. Chairs & wall hangings not dusted. Bathroom: Toilet was not cleaned. Solution put into but even the seat was not lifted. The floor ( a small area around a full rug) was not cleaned as requested. Bedroom: Pictures, lamp shades, night stands & molding not dusted throughout the house. Incomplete vacuuming…small items not moved. AND THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY HEAVY DUTY FIRST CLEANING. Spoke to Lucy after to advise her regarding my complaints. Said she would call back after talking to the cleaner. Never did. Apparently, she supports this shoddy workmanship."
