I replaced my in ground pool liner and he did an amazing job. Every other company gave me an estimated 4-6 weeks. From start to finish it all took 2 weeks!!!!! My liner was an exact fit with perfect measurements and he redid some of my plumbing work as well. Great experience overall! I read the one bad review before me and I totally disagree with everything she said. All the girls who answer the phone are nice and very accommodating. "I have used Rafael’s pools on numerous occasions for repairing or replacing broken pool equipment. He has done upgrades to my pool and recently purchasing and installing a new pool safety cover. The prices are very reasonable and competitive. Plus if you need him he or one of his employees they will be there as soon as possible. They are very loyal to their customers."

"New customer , figured I give them a try being they are a new business that recently opened on Forest Ave. Counter person was not very knowledgeable and after buying 150+ in chemicals she tells me that she forgot to charge me the $5.00 for the testing of the water. I advised here that my normal place doesn't charge to test the water , she stated that's the policy and there was nothing she could do. Not the way to treat new customers."

His price was very reasonable considering another pool company wanted to charge me double and told me over the phone they would have to change my entire liner without first inspecting its condition.
