"Our heater suddenly stopped on Sunday during the coldest spell this year. We called Atmostemp that night and technician Scott Marshall stopped by the next morning. He diagnosed the system and it was determined that the control board needed to be replaced. Scott also noticed there were several scorched wires that may show up as a problem after the new control board was installed. The part was ordered and installed the next day. Scott then painstakingly had to test each wire in the harness to determine which wires were bad. After identifying the failed wires, he was able to replace only those wires which avoided having the whole harness to be replaced. We appreciated his determination in solving the problem (and in the most economical way) and kept us informed during the entire process. We have used Atmostemp since 1999 and will continue to do so."

"Justin came out for a maintenance call for my HVAC systems- yes I have 2! He found, and explained in detail, the age related issues with one of my units. He was entirely professional, courteous and just plain great to deal with. I highly recommend Atmostemp for service work! UPDATE : Ameen came out for an annual maintenance on my new Reem heater. Nice guy, but I fortunately went to check his work and found the access cover improperly installed. I removed it to take a quick look around and found the nut for the bracket for the large one capacitor wasn't retightened after testing.
