"I wasted 4+ months waiting for these guys to start my job. I signed a $5000 contract for replacing radiator valves in Nov. I was told they would start after they got the parts sometime in Dec. I followed up every week or so about when my job would be scheduled. At first they said they ordered the wrong parts, then they said they had to come and look at the radiators again, then they said they were just busy. In Feb they stopped replying. I bought the parts myself and they were delivered within 2 days. I found another plumber and was scheduled in 2 weeks. Why send a contract if you don’t have any intention of doing the work?"

"Scott and his team are prompt and reliable. My water heater went and they replaced it quickly at a fair price. Even replaced the exhaust because the size was not to code anymore. Top notch."

"Prince plumbing was the plumber that was hired by my contractor for my bathroom renovation. They came out and did the first step of the plumbing work. When their employee came back to finish the installation he told me that the shower fixture was missing pieces. He circled the missing pieces on the instructions and told me to order another fixture and that I would be responsible for paying for them to return as a return visit is not included in the original estimate. I ordered another fixture and Prince sent out another plumber. I heard this plumber call his employer and tell him that the other parts were not needed that the "fixture just slipped right on". When I saw the bill and questioned them charging me for the visit he lied and said they needed a small part from the new shower fixture. I looked at the instructions for the new fixture and it clearly states that the part that the first Prince plumber said I needed, "is not needed for final installation". On the day they were at my home for the second visit, I had asked the second plumber to make 3 other repairs while he was there. He fixed two of the things and made a mess of the third. The tub drain still does not work and the cover he used does not fit the opening on my tub. The other issue I have is that Prince charged me for 2 plumbers. The job they came for was very simple work and did not require 2 plumbers. I was told that I was given a discount on the second plumber. I should not have had to pay for a second plumber. If they had told me that I would have to pay for 2 on that day I would have waited for another day to schedule. I called Prince and let them know that I thought I was overcharged and that I would be making a complaint and writing a negative review and let them know that they could call me to discuss. I did not hear from them. The irony is that I had to call three times to get them to come back out for the work."

"Called them at 8 am and I live in Killeen, they were at my house at 830 already working. Quoted a price over the phone to fix a major leak by my meter and stuck to it. Had to dig to get to the pipe and the whole job was done in an hour and a half. Excellent customer service. They are my first call from now on for any plumbing issues. They are extremely reasonable on prices. Mr. Jerry if he comes will definitely take care of you."
