"I want to share my great experience with A.J.Perri to everyone. This is the best company with the best employees. They treat their customers with courtesy and respect. My story is a little bit different. I just had water heater replacement done 3 weeks ago by another company. However, this company messed up everything at home. They failed inspection and caused a gas leakage at my home. Nothing is correct with their installation. My home had gas leakage for 3 weeks, and they even refused to fix. It's a horrific story. I called A.J. Perri and asked for fixing gas leakage, and they sent Plumber Orlando to my home to check. Orlando found many more issues with the previous installation. Everything was messed up by the previous contractor. From talking with Orlando and saw the pic from his previous work, I am sure Orlando will do an excellent job. I decided to get a new water heater installation with A.J. Perri. Orlando is very patient and very knowledgeable. He answered every question I asked. He is very easy communicate and very professional. And he listened and understood all my issues and concerns. On the day of installation, Orlando came with his partner. They are extremely cautious of handling the work. They put a protection cover on my floor when they started their work. And they explained to me every step of the installation. They never feel bothered. He is very friendly and talk with respect. I feel I am highly valued customer. And the work they completed is phenomenal. It's a beautiful job. They followed all the safety regulations of water heater installation. Everyone at my home is extreme satisfied with their work! I was so worried and frustrated before the installation because the big mess up made by previous contractor. I am feeling well now. The work Orlando completed is perfect and worry free. Orlando is the best plumber with the best work ethics. I recommend him to everyone."

"I'm a repeat customer and trust them We had subpump issue, AC issue and duct issue. Pros: Clear communication and are able to make it as understandable as possible. They provide options for the issue and give opinions. On my occasions they were able to fix it or act on the issue the same day or close to it. Those issues haven't returned thus far and it's been a year (AC and Duct). Good customer service on the phone and field reps. Cons: Service fee for just showing up. Price of services (I haven't compared extensively but know there's cheaper options. They are good though!)"

"Quick response!! Dispatch kept me apprised of my technician's arrival. My concerns were noted and I received a thorough explanation of the issue uncovered and the work required to remedy. We went through the pricing and until I approved it, no work was initiated. Once completed the technician walked me through all of the work done and demonstrated how the system should work. Thrilled over the 1-year parts and labor warranty! Great value for the service. Props to Mike Lopez!!"

"Just got a new water heater installed in Fort Lee. Kevin Lopez was our technician and was very well informed and worked in the most timely manner. He even coordinated with the town and maintenance regarding our water valve issues and even had knowledge on all the laws of the town. He made us feel comfortable and assured us he would take care of the problem. It was a little expensive but other than that, Kevin was a life saver!!! Thank you so much."

"Wow!!!!!!! I needed a valve changed on one of the pipes leaving my furnace. I have had these replaced in the past so not a big deal. The part on Amazon is $62.47, but our friends at AJ Perry thought that a fair price to replace this was OVER $1000. I was like wait did I hear that wrong or something? It takes 15 minutes to change the part, so I did expect to pay even $400 or so for the work but this was a joke. Use anyone else you can find, please don’t waste your time"
