"I wish I could give a 0 as the rating. The worst experience with dry-cleaner ever. Here are several things they did awful. 1. I asked them to clean a jacket, when I picked up, there are many dirty area and spots on the sleeve and upfront along the zip. They are so sharp and I could not help noticing it at my first glance. If you are not able to clean the dirty spots, you have to tell the customer, not to speculate on the chance that the customer failed to catch it. 2. I asked them to re-do it and I told the owner that I need the jacket on next Monday. But when I returned I only found the jacket is still there, nobody ever did anything on it in several days. 3. I said I need to take it for a trip and when I return I will have them to redo it at no additional cost. They said ok. But when I return with the Jacket, they want to charge me again. What the hell is going on! I need to pay again for their mistake? And the owner said they could not guarantee to remove the dirty spot. Then what is the point of running the "Cleaner" business? Just rip-off the customer again and again? If you live in Morris county and need a cleaner, shop around,don't waste your time!"
