"I was charged without my approval for an Asurion Home Plus monthly subscription plan. I never agreed to be charged on a monthly basis for this plan. This occurred when I paid for a one time phone repair. Be careful when you pay. It was a misleading transaction and I did not approve a monthly service fee. On a separate note, my phone repair was fine. The unapproved monthly service charge made this customer experience bad. I won't come back to this store."

"There needs to be a better, faster, more streamlined communication and set up process pbetween the store and Samsung. While in the store, I should not have been made to be on the phone for almost an hour and a half, talking to 3 different people (2 of which I could barely understand) to get a repair service set up. That was ridiculous. Understand however, that's more Samsung and Asurions fault for a lousy set up process, than the people at the store. All 3 store employees I spoke to were polite and appear to be knowledgeable."

"Went to fix my screen under warranty. Very prompt and quick fix was done. Within 2 hours the screen got replaced with 100% satisfaction. The person in charge is very friendly and knowledgeable"

"Had a really good experience here. I had to get my phone screen replaced, and they were able to get it done in under an hour. Although they were a little busy when I left, they were able to handle everybody as they arrived easily enough. The store manager was really helpful in getting me received and getting my phone ready to be fixed, Even providing recommendations for phone care afterwards. He even went so far to apply a new screen protector to my phone after I purchased what he recommended. If you have phone issues, I'd highly recommend this place!"

"Very nice people that work there! Had an issue with a broken screen. Stopped in after making an appointment with my carrrier for service and they fixed the screen in a few hours with a smile! Very nice service and it was quicker then expected!"
