Montville Carpet Cleaning

"Less than one star--0 !!!!! This is a set-up 'company' scamming the local area! A guy in white clown sneakers came...."measured" by counting steps over my antique Persian carpet in his white clown sneakers (alarm #1). Took a photo of my payment (check) and forwarded it to someone who then cashed it in-that quickly (alarm #2). The guy in the white clown sneakers FOLDS, not rolls the carpet and dumps it in the back of his white clown SUV (alarm #3). Long story short ---- ready? --- they NEVER CLEANED THE CARPET! They went on vacation--man sent photo of baggage check (alarm #4). When I requested the return of my carpet after 3 weeks, the same guy in white clown sneakers returns this carpet unrolled, strewn around his neck like a beach towel (alarm #5). THE CARPET STILL HAD IT'S HOME SMELL TO IT and same little spot, AND DID NOT HAVE A CLEAN SCENT TO IT T ALL !!!!!! T r u s t. M e. Shame On Them. Karma. Oh yes, karma.... I Should Have Trusted My Instincts!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. Reported the company to the BBB (Better Business Bureau)"

I drove to the address today to drop off rugs, it's an empty warehouse for a construction company. The people there told me the carpet company got sued and left to NYC. They said a lot of people go there trying to get their money back from this scam company. Beware and do not use like others who did and get scammed!"
