"Comfort Cleaning was hired to do a deep cleaning/move in clean on my new home. A group of 3 women arrived at my home to do the cleaning and stayed here for about 4hrs. Once done they were paid around $500 same day. I had been gone and did not look over the house when they were done. The next day, I begun to notice some things missed, like simple dusting of ceiling lights and crumbs/hair/trash under the baseboard heating. Then a noticed that the floor trim was hardly cleaned and in the kitchen it appeared they didn't clean them at all. There was a tremendous amount of grime on the trim that should been cleaned. Right in front of the fridge something was spilled there by the previous owners and Comfort Cleaning didn't even bother cleaning it. I made an attempt to contact the owner, Linda, but she didn't answer so I left a voicemail explaining what I have seen. I waited a couple days to hear back from her, but nothing. I called again and left an additional voicemail. I still have yet to hear back."

"Comfort Cleaning has been cleaning our home biweekly for approximately 35 years. They are reliable, flexible if I need to reschedule, and do a thorough job. I have tried other cleaning services, but this business provides a high quality service at a reasonable cost. After the pandemic arrived last year, I was hesitant to have other people in our home and suspended the service for several months last spring. However, after discussing their protocols with the owner, Linda Jones, I was comfortable continuing their service. They use EPA-registered products cleaning products for this virus, as well as separate mopheads and rags for each client. They also wear masks while inside our home. Now that we are one year into this virus, no one has become ill, so I am comfortable having them in our home."
