"The cleaners used abrasive chemical on my beautiful wooden finish kitchen cabinets, leaving dark stains on them.There are about 3 cabinets destroyed along with carved wooden moldings.I feel extremely sad and frustrated since what is supposed to be a standard cleaning job has left my cabinets damaged. The cleaners were apologetic when the incident happened, and the manager promised to get back with quotes for fixes before settling the bill. I have not heard anything since the day of incident ,even after texting the owner many times."
