"It is the worst bank I have experienced. They charged my accounts for $25 non-activity fee per month, however the non-activity fee on the contract is ONLY $5 per month. Plus they never sent me the monthly bank statement. What a terrible bank it is."

"WOST BANK EVER, i had a long review written while on hold for 20 mins and then lost it, so this is brief while I am still trying to get them on the phone, its probably easier to climb Everest. STAY AWAY FROM THIS, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS, THEY CLOSED ALL THE BRANCHES IN ORANGE COUNTY TO BUY MORE BANKS SO THEY COULD MAKE MORE MONEY and in the mean time HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER."

"Horrible customer service. waiting hours on the phone for an answer, long time on line at the branches. It was bad as Provident and became even worse as Sterling. I am planning to take my business elsewhere this week. Avoid this bank at all cost."

"ATM machine was available only at drive thru. Waited 20 minutes due to lines of cars waiting for drive thru service. Well, the ATM machine was out of order. I had to park my car and went into the teller. The teller was absolutely rude and obnoxious. Not even a nod of hello or thank you. Just pointed me back to ATM, and said "cash at ATM". This is THE WORST local bank in the area. No wonder they were sold. I will be closing my account."

"Went there to cash my paycheck what of surprise I had to pay $6 fee second surprise I had to ask for receipt they couldn’t print me anything had to be “hand written” but they put stamp on it. I wonder if they packaging the money for themselves."
