"Hired SOS to replace our above ground pool liner (which we provided). Two guys came out to drain the pool and came back a while later to start the work. Hours into the job, one of the guys had to call a third guy in as he was having difficulty. They eventually "finished" the job, but the quality of the work was sub par. We are left with more work to do...who leaves pool liner wrapped over the top of the pool? They drilled screws into the top portion of the pool ledge that can hurt someone. On top of that, they charged us more than the quoted price for some BS reason."

Recently , my pump stopped working ; I called him and he helped me make it work over the phone ! A few months ago I needed to balance the pool after a storm and he wasn’t available that same day so he spent 20 min on the phone with me guiding me how to do it ! His prices are unbelievable in comparison with other pool specialists ! He doesn’t leave you hanging with problems and has a very personable approach. I highly recommend him and his company ."

"SOS Pool Services in Staten Island came in and destroyed my yard. I paid them well over $12,000 to start a project they never finished. Dave the owner of the company said they will put new concrete, a new deck and a new pool. The company came and did a bad job with the concrete leaving footprints and crack on new cement. They now told me they are not doing any more work and they will not give me any money back."
