"Last year we had Matt put in a new filter for us. Since then, we have had problems with constant dirt in the pool. We have spoken to numerous pool companies who agree that there is definitely an issue with our filtration system. My husband has called him repeatedly and he doesn’t return our calls. He approached him when he was at a neighbor’s house and he said I’ll stop by but never showed up. It looks like we are going to have to get a new filter because obviously the one he put in was not new and he won’t come here because he knows it."

"My dad went to Matt last summer for a new liner. When he came to install it (after canceling many times) days later the new liner started caving in. My parents tried calling him numerous times and he never answered his phone or came back. Charged my dad 6 THOUSAND dollars and even got him for a “heavy duty liner” when my dad did not consent to that. Come this summer we are in a bad position and need to hire new people to FIX the mess he made as well as get a NEW liner. I really strongly recommend no one to use this man please! Terrible. "Last year they left tools all over our yard and left the hose on and flooded our yard. We decided to give them another chance to come fix our pool motor. He was supposed to come Saturday and no showed with no call or text. Then he said he’d come Tuesday and again no showed with no call or text. I called him one more time with no response. Needless to say we will never use them again due to their unprofessionalism."

"They came to open the pool 7 days ago . After 7 days the water is still green. I call him so many times and he did not answer or called back ... he charged $265.00."

"This guy is cheaper than others in the area but he also does a half hearted job. He missed out on some of the obvious things that need to be done during pool opening and closing. If you are a returning customer with some issue, when you go to call him, most of the times there is no answer. He doesn't return voice messages. If you get him on the phone he won't have more than a few seconds to talk to you. I would not recommend him at all. Pay the extra 20-30 bucks and get someone else who is a professional to do your pool job."
