"Called them more than once this past week and no answer. Voicemail box is full so can't leave a message. Got an option to send my contact info to them but never got a call back. Guess they don't like making money."

"Horrible experience. Hired them for closing last year and then opening couple of weeks ago. Yohanne came and opened the pool and didn’t answer any of my emails or phone calls. After 5 days pool didn’t get any better. After 7 days sends his kid to vaccum, when I challenged them on why pool is still cloudy, he tested the DE filter and went away. Since then didn’t answer any email or phone call. I opened the DE filter and found the manifold was cracked with DE leaking into pool. Most likely cause is due to not cleaning and winterizing the filter before closing last year. Major investment had to made to replace filter, clean the pool etc . Completely useless and lack of customer service. Stay away if you want your pool to work longer."
