"Don’t Do It .. stay away. This company never showed up for 8 scheduled service appointments. My oven has been out of service for 4 months. The RUDE lady that answers the phone told me the date of purchase did not match. I sent over the serial number 4x .( copy of receipt) only for her to say they need a second cell number and they couldn’t schedule an appointment. They call at 10 am the next day to say the service person was in the neighborhood. I told them you can not just show up. I spoke to her the day before and told her I was out of town. She hung the phone up. If you look at the pictures it is definitely a business that is ran out of the basement. I wish I could give a negative rating. Superior appliance"

"I’ve had the WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AGENCY! I GRADED 00000 ! They made appointment for me TODAY and never let me know !THE NERVE TO TELL IF YOU HOME GOOD AND IF YOU ARE NOT , not our MY PROBLEM. This was by the RUDE LADY THAT ANSWER CALLS for your service. Which she does give her NAME ! customer service RUDE , ignorant , obnoxious female handling the phone . Request to speak with manager nothing yet no call no HELP from THEM! POOR POOR"

"This is absolutely the most unprofessional and terrible appliance company out there!!! I would give no stars if I could. I have a non working oven and called whirlpool on Monday to set up an appointment for today Thursday. I stayed home for the appointment. When no one came by 11 am I called for a time and was told to text or email. I did both and of course no response. I called again and after holding for more than 20 minutes was told that no one is coming to me (nice of them to call)because in March someone repaired my oven and it wasn't them so now October they can't come!!!! Not sure what that policy is about but firstly they could have called so I would have another company come and secondly guess who repaired the oven in March???? SUPERIOR APPLIANCE!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS! I now have no oven and only got an appointment for next week!! In addition they are outright rude on the phone!! I did nothing wrong and was getting yelled at!!! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS!"

"I can only echo what other reviewers have said: zero stars would be more a more accurate assessment. This is a scam company that electrodomestic brands (such as, in my case, Electrolux) seem to be referring warranty claims to as a way of ditching their legal obligations. "Technician" never showed up within the supposed "time window" nor did they respond to repeated attempts to contact them through texts, calls or emails. Bottom line: don't buy appliances from Electrolux and never use this company (if it exists at all) unless you enjoy spending unlimited time on phone loops..."

"Made & confirmed an appt with Edgar for the next week on my day off (only day I could for the timeline I was given). Got a call THE NEXT DAY telling me a service person would be to me in 30mins, cleared that up and re-confirmed the original date. Today is that day, and I followed their directions and text to confirm that a person would show up. Well, no reply text, no phone call, no voice-mail, and of course, no person showed up! I called at 1:01pm to inquire what was happening, and the young lady did a perfect job of the 'I-don't-know-ness' that is so prevalent in mediocrity these days. Superior Appliance ... step up your game or change your company name, because there's not one thing "superior" about your style of handling customers. GE customer service recommended I call them for expired warranty service ... I called GE and suggested they be taken off that list!"
