"I had force come out for a sewer scope we agreed starting rate would be $300 depending on how far the scope has to go. When the two workers came Yanni and Trevor they couldn't find the access so they had to remove the toilet and said it would be an additional $100 on to of the $375. I told.thek it was $300 not $375. I called and spoke to Allie who was very unprofessional. She argued with me even though it was on a recorded line and she even confirmed they said $300 but insisted it was a starting point. Even though they didn't start and do anything yet. So she said I can pay 475 or they can leave. Obviously I said good bye. The two workers left very rudely. They were also scheduled to come to my other home for more plumbing work. Needless to say I canceled that. I would absolutely not recommend these people."

"These folks came to my rescue back in 2020 when I first purchased my house, and my plumbing wasn't functioning correctly. This time, to service and maintenance my boiler to prepare for winter. Offered an excellent yearly service plan. Plus Trevor explained to me (in understandable terms) how my boiler functions, what was the issue, and another option I could look towards in the future if I wanted to upgrade. Convenient time, affordable pricing, but the best thing is feeling comfortable and having piece of mind as a customer and as a first-time homeowner. Support local business such as this company. "We had a surprise hot water heater leak after a major furnace AC replacement. Something we were not needing or wanting to deal with at 8pm. We called FORCE after 9pm and were able to schedule a replacement for 9am the next day. They were there on time and worked until it was done. The price was very within expectations. And they explained the issues they ran into and what we needed to do to work around it. Couldn't have asked for better or faster service from their team. They understood our financial strain and were compassionate. They have financing available if needed which is great. Super thankful we called and they were able to help us out in an emergency. We will definitely call them again!"
