"The owner and her crew arrived unannounced Thursday the 14th. We specifically agreed that the opening would take place the following day. This was confirmed by an.earlier phone call When I asked why they had arrived earlier the owner became angry and started to yell at me stating that it shouldn't make a difference when they arrived. I tried to explain.thAt the pool was not ready for opening as I didn't have time to prep it She shouted that they would just forget the whole service and instructed her crew to pack up and leave Very unprofessional! I wound up canceling my service and called another company Surprised by her behavior@ Totally unhinged Stay away from.this company!!!"
