"This is the third company sent to repair our refrigerator. (The insurance company selects who gets sent) The technician, Max, took the machine apart and diagnosed it in half the time the other guys spent here. He ordered the parts and came back a week later to install them. Max gets points for being friendly, efficient, answering questions, and actually delivering quality service. Would recommend this company."

"Total appliance was at my house twice. Max was thorough and very neat the first time that he came and ordered a part right away and within a week, I was rescheduled to have the part replaced. They came when they said that they would, however they also said (both times) that they would give me a 10 minute heads up and I never got a phone call either time. Max was very professional and courteous when he did call me, however, he was already waiting at my home. It took me 6 minutes to get home from work, where he was waiting outside but a sticker was already on my door asking me to reschedule. And that is the reason for the 4 star review."

"•Employee- Pavel completed our job after having no refrigerator for two weeks. He was professional and completed this job with no issues. He seemed really good at his profession. •Company- Company’s communication needs to be a little better. Asked to confirm an appointment and asked to call to confirm. No one answered the phone and had to call several times before I could finally speak to someone. Overall job was completed as promised and Pavel was excellent the only problem I had was communication that’s why I gave a 4 not 5"

"Holy cow, if your fridge needs fixing, CALL TOTAL APPLIANCE SOLUTIONS! This is going to sound like a paid advertisement, but it is not! I called about a problem with my new GE fridge making noise it shouldn't be making, very often, very irritating. A company came out a few months ago and told me there wasn't much that could be done without rebuilding the 'cooling tower' and to just keep an eye on it. Well it got much worse and I called GE again, this time TAS came out (thank goodness), Dmitry was my service person. Capable, courteous, professional and friendly, within minutes, he diagnosed the problem, had the freezer disassembled and ordered a replacement part (noisy fan). He came a week later and replaced the fan in probably less than 15 mins. The fridge has been silent since as it should be. I could not be more satisfied and can not recommend TAS and Dmitry highly enough!"

Oleg came out with a new compressor and had the refrigerator fixed like a professional! They did a great job, thank you all!"
