"The tech person who came to my house was very nice and sweet and very helpful. Got the job done quickly. How ever , the office person or boss wasn’t nice and very rude maybe just the way he is but he has no customers service. I had already knew where the problem was but the man acted like I was an idiot. He said let the professionals handle it. Needless to say my machine is working again but I also asked how long is the part they replaced under warranty for and the tech nor office person could tell me. My equipment is fairly new so it was odd to have it fail so quickly. I feel like my question was valid."

"Our contact was very helpful and promptly replied to inquiries regarding our refrigerator problem. Alex, our service person, alerted us 30 minutes before coming as appropriate and he was courteous, communicated very well.. The only issue was the part was updated since our model and an adapter had to be ordered. It was and Alex returned and installed everything just fine."

Speaking directly with reception staff was very helpful- i.e. in answering questions, trouble shooting, providing service repair information. Experienced technician was quick to determine several issues with our Samsung French/door frig. (Currently in a class action lawsuit re: marginal door seal :gasket (photo attached) & inconsistent temperature control ). …an all-too/short performance life span of 6 years before trouble with water pooling below crisper drawers & perpetual ice maker issues. What would we do without experienced appliance repair staff who are called upon to repair the many sub-par frig. appliance brands with well documented average life spans of 10 years. What a cost burden to consumers, waste of material & major contribution to the climate crisis. Thanks Dial Appliance for the interim 2022 repair & for helping me decide a new frig was the next logical option a year later."
